Attorney George L. Marlette is in his 37th year in the practice of law.

Attorney Marlette concentrates in the practice areas of Divorce and Family Law.

Atty Marlette handles cases which include, but are not limited to Divorce, Paternity, Adoption, Child support, Custody, Alimony, Asset division, Parenting plans, Guardianship, Conservatorship, Will contests, Removal actions and Restraining orders.

He serves clients in the Probate Court and has had hundreds of Divorce clients. Atty Marlette has litigated hundreds of civil claims in the District and Superior Courts of the Commonwealth.

He serves as an Attorney, litigator, advocate, conciliator, Guardian Ad litem and Special Master appointed by the Court. He is well versed and trained in various alternative dispute resolution practice styles.

Attorney Marlette is a graduate of Holderness School, Gettysburg College and New England Law Boston. He is an accomplished private pilot and often flies to Nantucket and Vermont and throughout New England. He enjoys family adventures, football, live music, golfing, sailing, kiteboarding and travel.
